Rescheduling/Cancellation: Lucent Real Estate Media does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not ready. We know that things happen, and our goal is to be as close to part of your team as possible.

Copyright Notice: Per US Copyright Law, Lucent Real Estate Media LLC is the copyright holder of any image/media produced by our team. This copyright is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Please contact us for licensing questions.

Photo Rights and Usage: Only the party who paid for our services has the usage rights for the Lucent Real Estate Media LLC created media for any electronic or printed form of advertisement.
